Simone Biles

Simone Biles is an American gymnast. Born March 14, 1997 in Columbus, Ohio U.S.A. Simone Biles (born 14 March 1997 Columbus, Ohio U.S.) American gymnast who was considered one of the best athletes of her sport. Biles was raised at Spring Texas in the Houston metropolitan area following the time she and her sister Adria received adoption by parents Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone's interest in gymnastics began at age six, during a trip with her day care group to Bannon Gymnastix. Simone remained under Aimee Borman as coach until the year 2011. Biles earned a silver in vault in 2010 and also a bronze at the women's Junior Olympic National Championships. Then she moved on to the level of elite competition in 2011. In less than two years, she was the best in her sport. Biles was notable for her consistency in performance, vivacious personality as well as the difficulty of her routines at all four events: vault, bars with uneven surfaces and the balance beam.
